Myron Elkins and The Dying Breed landed a deal with Elektra Records soon after their Dogtown Session — their Dogtown video is what first caught the label’s attention.
The American Hotel System’s Dogtown Session helped open major doors. Shortly after recording, they were selected to open for Bon Jovi. It also helped get them into the Music Prize competition — which they went on to win.
Mikeyy Austin & Soulcial Club was featured on the home page for NPR Tiny Desk Concerts after he submitted his session video.
